Sandbox fleet
Simulated vehicles drive realistic routes, burn fuel, charge and throw faults on demand. Test every code path before go-live.
Scarleicester sits between the vehicles and your product. It handles the connections, the clean-up and the delivery, and gives you one consistent interface on top.
Each stage is observable from your workspace, so you can see exactly where a signal is and how fresh it is.
Add vehicles by VIN or registration. Scarleicester works out the best available source for each one and starts the driver or owner consent flow where it's needed.
Raw payloads differ wildly between sources. We convert units, align enumerations, remove duplicates and reject implausible readings before anything reaches you.
Choose the signals you care about and how you want them. Webhooks for events, streams for high-frequency telemetry, scheduled exports for analytics.
Rules evaluate live vehicle state and fire when conditions are met, so a fault code can open a workshop job without anyone reading a dashboard.
Not every vehicle reports every signal. The API tells you which are available per vehicle, so your product can adapt instead of guessing.
Position, heading, speed, trip start and end, distance and duration.
Fuel level, state of charge, range estimate, charging status and sessions.
Decoded fault codes, warning lamps, battery voltage, tyre pressure and oil life.
Odometer, engine hours, idling time, ignition state and door or lock status.
