SR CAR LEICESTER LTD ("we", "us", "our") operates Scarleicester. Our registered office is at 45 Kirby Road, Leicester, England, LE3 6BD. For the personal information described in sections 2 and 3, we are the data controller. For vehicle and driver data that our customers collect through the Service, we act as a data processor on the customer's behalf.

• Account information — name, work email, company, role and team size when you request access or create an account.
• Billing information — billing contact and address. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems.
• Usage information — log data, device and browser type, pages visited and actions taken in the Service.
• Communications — messages you send us through forms, email or support channels.
• Customer vehicle data — telemetry such as location, odometer and fault codes that customers collect through the Service, processed under their instructions.
